Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced

Telecaller

to join our team. The candidate must have prior experience in customer calling, lead handling, and sales or service communication. The role involves engaging with customers professionally, maintaining strong follow-ups, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products or services and assist customers in making informed decisions. Maintain call records, update customer details, and follow up regularly. Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently. Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve overall goals. Maintain a positive and polite communication tone during all interactions.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive / Telesales Representative. Excellent verbal communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Assamese

. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Ability to handle targets and pressure professionally. Pleasant personality, good attitude, and disciplined approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
