Key Responsibilities
Appointment Generation & Coordination
Call business prospects from provided lead data
Verify business details and identify the appropriate point of contact
Understand basic business needs and interest levels
Schedule confirmed appointments with accurate date, time, and location details
Share complete appointment information with the field sales team
Follow-ups & Confirmation
Reconfirm appointments prior to scheduled meetings
Send reminders to reduce no-shows and rescheduling
Update appointment status and outcomes in the tracking system
Process & Reporting
Maintain accurate call and appointment records
Follow approved calling scripts and qualification guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover of appointments
Participate in reviews to improve appointment quality and effectiveness
Performance Parameters
The role will be evaluated based on:
Quality and relevance of appointments fixed
Percentage of appointments successfully conducted
Feedback from field teams on appointment preparedness
Sales conversions resulting from scheduled appointments
Adherence to calling and reporting processes
Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary:
?15,000 - ?18,000 per month

Female candidates with experience in telecalling, appointment fixing, or inside sales support
Clear and confident communication skills
