Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Female Telecaller
with
1-2 years of experience
who can confidently handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support our business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Explain company services, products, and training programs clearly
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
Update call records, follow-ups, and customer data accurately
Coordinate with the sales and operations team
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi & English
Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)
Good convincing and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Candidate Profile
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Experience in service, sales, or support calling preferred
Immediate joiners will be an advantage
