Make outbound calls to existing customers to remind them of service appointments, follow-ups, or feedback collection.
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service-related inquiries, complaints, or assistance.
Provide detailed information about service offerings, costs, and processes.
Book and confirm service appointments for customers.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth scheduling and avoid overlaps.
Follow up with customers post-service to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Address unresolved issues by escalating them to the appropriate departments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite and customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in local languages and English/Hindi (depending on the region).
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM software usage.
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
