We are looking for a motivated and dynamic

Tele Counselor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students/clients over the phone, providing accurate course/program details, and ensuring successful conversions. This is a

target-based role

, suitable for candidates who are confident, result-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Salary: ₹15,000 (Basic Pay) + ?30,000 (Incentives on achieving the company's assigned targets)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and attend inbound queries from prospective students/clients. Counsel and guide candidates regarding courses, admissions, and services offered. Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups using MS Excel and Word. Achieve monthly/weekly conversion and admission targets. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships. Report daily activities and results to the management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (in any discipline).

Proficiency in English

(spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in

MS Word and MS Excel

. Ability to handle pressure and work towards achieving

set targets

. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
