About the Role
Delsat is hiring on behalf of an Australian VoIP and telecom provider. We are looking for a
mature, technically skilled
Customer Care Executive with hands-on experience in
3CX, VoIP PBX, and ATA devices
. You will provide customer support to Australian clients and ensure smooth operations of telecom services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.
Provide
first-level technical support
for
3CX, VoIP PBX, and ATA devices
.
Assist in setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of telecom systems.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
Work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
(spoken & written) with a neutral accent.
Experience in
customer care or technical support
.
Strong
hands-on knowledge of 3CX, VoIP PBX, and ATA devices
.
Understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, and networking basics.
Reliable, mature, and punctual with the ability to work early morning shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Telecom
VoIP companies
Prior work in telecom or IT support environments
Salary
Competitive - based on skills and experience.
