Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products and services clearly and confidently
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback with patience and professionalism
Maintain call logs and update CRM software with accurate data
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals
Work closely with the sales and support team to improve customer experience
Who Can Apply:
Freshers or experienced candidates in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales
Comfortable with phone conversations and basic computer usage
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ready to work in a team and learn continuously
