The Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services, resolve customer queries, generate leads, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up with customers on previous interactions or pending issues.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Provide detailed information about products or services.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
Report customer feedback and market trends to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduation.
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command over local language(s) and English/Hindi (as per job region).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Positive attitude and good listening skills.
