We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products/services, generate leads, and build relationships. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will help us drive sales and grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through telemarketing efforts.
3. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
4. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects through regular follow-up calls.
5. Data Management: Update CRM software with accurate customer information and call outcomes.
6. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Skills:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong product knowledge (training will be provided)
