Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Telecaller

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone, presenting products or services, and driving sales opportunities. You will play a key role in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products/services. Handle inbound queries professionally and provide solutions in a timely manner. Communicate effectively in

both English and Hindi

with domestic and international clients. Maintain and update client databases and records of calls. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow communication scripts, company policies, and call-handling guidelines. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Collect client feedback and escalate issues to the relevant department when required.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in

English and Hindi

(additional languages will be an advantage). Good listening and persuasion skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred). Prior telecalling/telemarketing/customer service experience will be an added advantage.
