Key Responsibilities:
Handle
incoming calls
and respond to
distributor / dealer inquiries
regarding orders, dispatch, pricing, and payments.
Outbound calling
to follow up on leads, payments, and dispatch updates.
Maintain
call logs
, customer records, and share updates with the sales team.
Greet and assist visitors at the reception, maintaining a professional and friendly environment.
Coordinate with the
billing department
to prepare and issue
invoices / bills
for distributor orders.
Enter order details accurately in billing / ERP software.
Support daily office operations, documentation, and filing work.
Share order status, delivery timelines, and coordinate with dispatch/logistics team when required.
Provide feedback from customers/distributors to management for service improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
with good communication skills in
Hindi and basic English

1-3 years
of experience in telecalling / receptionist / billing role preferred.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office / billing software (Tally, Busy, or similar)
.
Polite, punctual, and well-presented with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy.
