Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Follow up with leads and maintain customer interest
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Handle customer objections professionally
Coordinate with the sales and support team as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]
Polite, confident, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong listening and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
