Female Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls and explaining our products/services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers Explain products/services clearly and effectively Maintain follow-ups and build customer relationships Keep a record of calls and update the database regularly Work towards achieving daily/weekly targets

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English) Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude and convincing power Prior telecalling experience is a plus (but not mandatory) Must be punctual and professional
