We are looking for a confident and experienced

Telecaller

to join our immigration team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, counsel clients about visa and immigration processes for countries like the

UK, Australia, Canada, USA and Schengen

, and assist them throughout their application journey.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to visa and immigration inquiries. Provide accurate information regarding visa categories, documentation, and procedures. Follow up with potential leads, maintain client records, and ensure timely communication. Counsel clients over the phone about suitable visa options based on their profile. Convert inquiries into successful applications through effective communication and persuasion. Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams for application updates. Maintain a daily call report and update CRM or database with client details. Achieve monthly call and conversion targets set by the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Telecaller or Visa Counsellor (Immigration background preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must). Good knowledge of immigration procedures for the

UK, Australia, Canada,USA and Schengen

. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
