We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Finance Telecaller
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to customers via telephone to explain financial products/services, follow up on inquiries, collect documents, and assist in loan processing or recovery, depending on the assigned role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers regarding financial products such as personal loans, business loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly to the customer.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, or referrals.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the system.
Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, collections) as required.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads conversion, or collections.
If assigned to collections, follow up on pending payments or EMIs and ensure timely recovery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
0-2 years
of experience in tele calling, preferably in a financial services.
Good communication skills in
English and regional language(s)
Basic knowledge of financial products or services is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Excel / CRM tools (basic level)
Persuasive and target-oriented approach
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
Salary:
?[ 10,000 - 20,000] per month + incentives (based on performance)
