Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Generate leads, set appointments, and maintain follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric approach.
