The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads, and assisting in customer engagement for real estate projects. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer?focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about properties
Generate leads and schedule site visits for sales teams
Maintain customer databases and update CRM records
Follow up with clients to ensure conversion and relationship building
Coordinate with sales executives for client meetings and closures
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends
Ensure professionalism and adherence to company communication standards
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in
Hindi and English
(knowledge of local languages is a plus)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and confidence
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Positive attitude and target?oriented mindset
Good listening and interpersonal skills
