We are a Travel Company looking for Female Telecaller to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

A telecaller is a customer service representative who contacts customers over the telephone. A typical job description for a telecaller includes the following responsibilities:-

1. Make outbound calls to customers to promote Travel Packages and services, or follow up on recent clients.

2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our Travel Packages details and Features.

3. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

4. Keep records of all customer interactions and transactions, updating customer information in a CRM database as necessary.

5. calling new clients and and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.

6. Knowledge computer operating and e-commerce websites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
