In this role, you will manage day-to-day operational tasks that ensure the tender process runs smoothly. If you struggle with focus, basic office tools, or need constant supervision, this role may not be suitable.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up proactively with clients, vendors, and government departments without waiting for reminders.
Confidently communicate with clients over phone and email, guiding them on services, documents, or follow-up actions.
Prepare, organize, and maintain tender-related documents with complete accuracy.
Efficiently use MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets--practical working knowledge required.
Handle all email communication: drafting, replying, tracking, and proper record-keeping.
Maintain internal coordination, scheduling, and filing systems for smooth office operations.
Assist in tender preparation, filing, and related documentation as needed.
Required Skills & Expectations:
Strong command of MS Office & Google Workspace.
Understanding of tender documentation or ability to learn quickly.
Clear, professional, and timely communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
Fast learner who can follow procedures accurately every time.
Qualification:
Minimum: Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in tender or documentation work is a plus.
