Must have sales and team management experience in Education Industry Highly effective communication(English) Should have the sales urge and can-do attitude Should be able to achieve monthly targets Should have experience in handling team and projects with less supervision Strong conviction Should capable of leading the team to achieve team target highly energy and enthusiasm Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 3+ years' of Team Lead in sales experience in Edu industry Team handling experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills
