Preschool Teacher

to join our team in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to fostering their development in a nurturing, engaging environment.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of children. Your responsibilities will include lesson planning, curriculum development, organizing kindergarten activities, and ensuring effective communication with parents and peers. You'll be part of a team of long-serving professionals who take pride in making a meaningful difference in the lives of children through a comprehensive, holistic preschool program.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum Create a stimulating, supportive, and safe classroom environment Employ various educational techniques such as storytelling, play-based learning, and multimedia Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Collaborate with colleagues and maintain strong communication with parents Observe and document children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience with kindergarten activities and early learning methods Ability to design interactive and engaging learning experiences Patience, creativity, and flexibility when working with young children Bachelor's degree Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not mandatory)
