Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Female Tea Blender / Tea Taster to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in tea blending, tea tasting, and quality evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and taste tea blends to ensure quality standards before bulk procurement. Prepare tea blends according to the unique specifications and requirements of our B2B clients. Quality-check tea blends to maintain consistency and flavor profiles across batches. Manage the dispatch of tea blend samples to new and existing business prospects. Maintain and monitor tea inventory/stock in our warehouse and ensure timely replenishment.

Required Qualifications

Tea course certification is mandatory (Tea Tasting / Tea Blending Certification). Strong knowledge of flavor profiles, tea grades, aroma, leaf structure, and infusion evaluation. Prior experience in tea blending or tea tasting will be a strong advantage.

Desired Skills

Excellent sensory evaluation skills (taste, aroma, texture). Attention to detail and consistency in blend formulation. Strong communication and documentation ability. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
