The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, support enrollment activities, and maintain strong relationships with students and parents while contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career pathways Handle inquiries via walk-ins, calls, and digital platforms Support student enrollment, admissions, and documentation processes Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into enrollments Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth student journey Address student concerns and provide ongoing guidance and support Achieve individual counseling and enrollment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 0-2 year of experience in student counseling, admissions, tele sales, or customer support Experience in student counseling, admissions, or education sales Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
