Store Manager

to lead our retail operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

Key Roles & Responsibilities



Oversee daily store operations

, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.

Achieve sales targets

by actively engaging with customers and optimizing retail strategies.

Manage and motivate the in-store team

, ensuring adherence to performance and service standards. Maintain

visual merchandising standards

and ensure the store always reflects the brand's aesthetic. Handle

inventory management

-- stock planning, replenishment, and minimizing shrinkage. Generate and analyze

sales reports

, providing actionable insights to management. Address and resolve

customer queries and concerns

professionally. Ensure

compliance with company policies

and maintain store hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with the marketing team for

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree

in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience

in retail management (fashion/luxury segment preferred). Strong leadership,

team management, and customer service skills

. Proven track record of

meeting and exceeding sales targets

. Good knowledge of

POS systems, billing processes, and inventory control

. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Willingness to work

weekends and extended hours when required

Business Development & Sales Manager

to drive revenue growth, build corporate relationships, and organize high-impact events that strengthen our cafe's presence in the market.

Key Roles & Responsibilities



Increase cafe revenue

by developing and implementing robust sales strategies. Build strong

B2B relationships with corporate clients

for events, catering, and bulk bookings.

Organize and manage in-house events, pop-ups, and private gatherings

to attract premium clientele. Identify and pursue

new business opportunities

within the hospitality and lifestyle segments. Collaborate with the marketing team to create

promotional campaigns and tie-ups

that drive footfall. Prepare

sales forecasts, targets, and performance reports

for management review. Maintain high standards of

customer engagement and brand representation

. Ensure

guest satisfaction

by coordinating closely with operations and kitchen teams. Continuously monitor

market trends and competitor activities

to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree

in Hotel Management, Business, or related field.

3-5 years of proven sales/business development experience

in a 3-star hotel, fine dining, or premium cafe environment. Strong

networking, client acquisition, and negotiation skills

. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of

achieving and exceeding revenue targets

. Ability to

conceptualize and execute events

that align with the cafe's brand identity. Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
