Job Description

We are looking for a confident, elegant, and presentable Female Store Manager to lead daily store operations. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to manage staff while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations and staff management Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation Handle sales targets, billing, inventory, and reporting Train, motivate, and guide the team to achieve performance goals Maintain discipline, professionalism, and brand image

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Elegant, well-groomed, and professional appearance Leadership qualities with problem-solving ability Prior retail or jewellery store experience preferred

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
