We are actively hiring dedicated and motivated Female Staff to join our manufacturing operations in Hosur. The role involves working on the production line, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe workspace. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment on the production line as instructed. Perform assembly tasks according to product specifications. Conduct basic quality checks to identify and remove faulty products. Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for dispatch. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company protocols. Report any machinery issues or production errors to the supervisor. Qualifications and Requirements Gender: Female Age: 18 - 27 years Education: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or any art graduate. Experience: No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Skills: Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Good hand-eye coordination. Ability to work well in a team environment. Salary and Benefits Salary: ₹17,000 - ?18,000 CTC (Cost to Company) per month. Statutory Benefits: ESI and PF contributions.
