Act as First Point of Contact for customers from enquiry stage till dispatch.
Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages with tact and professionalism.
Provide constant updates on order status and delivery schedules.
Coordinate internally with production, service, and dispatch departments.
Assist customers with product servicing and problem resolution at end-customer plants.
Ensure customer satisfaction feedback within the first month of joining.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
