JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage the complete recruitment process of the company.
Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
Payroll and Leave Management.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues.
Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues.
Create and keep track of the organisation's overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures.
Independent working .
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Should be a graduate from a reputed college or university
SKILL SET REQUIRED :
Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory.
English accent must be proper and correct.
Should have good knowledge of Google Spreadsheets.
Experience with full-cycle of recruiting and complete recruitment process.
Good problem-solving skills.
Team management skills.
Total Work Experience : 5 to 10 years (Preferred)
