Spa Therapist - Role & Responsibilities

Guest Care & Engagement:

Welcome guests warmly, understand their needs, and ensure a relaxing, personalized experience.

Therapy Delivery:

Perform a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and wellness therapies according to standard procedures.

Service Knowledge:

Be well-versed in all spa therapies, techniques, and products; educate guests on treatments and wellness benefits.

Hygiene & Sanitation:

Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.

Guest Feedback:

Listen to guest feedback, ensure satisfaction, and suggest improvements for a better experience.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Collaborate with the spa team to manage appointments and ensure smooth workflow.

Professionalism:

Maintain a professional appearance, behavior, and attitude at all times.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all SOPs, health, and safety guidelines to ensure guest and staff safety.

Product & Retail Knowledge:

Recommend spa products and upsell packages or services where appropriate.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other therapists, reception, and management to deliver seamless service.

Continuous Learning:

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and certifications to enhance skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
