Perform spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs/wraps, waxing, manicures and pedicures according to standards and client needs.
Conduct client consultation, check medical history/allergies, explain treatment steps, and adjust techniques based on client feedback.
Maintain client records, note services performed, and recommend suitable treatments and home-care products
Ensure strict hygiene: clean and sanitize bed, tools and equipment, change linens, and keep the treatment room stocked and tidy.
Follow health and safety rules, report incidents or complaints, and help promote spa packages and retail products
