Job Title: FEMALE Spa Manager only

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa outlet, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients/guests. Keep quality of standards maintained.

- Lead and supervise a team of therapists, providing guidance, and conducting regular performance reviews.

- Emphasize a focus on membership packages, driving sales, and cultivating client loyalty through effective membership programs, callings.

- Demonstrate strong sales acumen, actively promoting spa services and Offers to meet revenue targets.

- Uphold and enforce grooming standards, ensuring that all staff members adhere to established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

- Conduct weekly briefings with the spa team to communicate updates, share goals, and address any operational concerns on real time.

- Stay informed about upcoming mall events and local area promotions, tailoring spa offerings to align with trends and capitalize on opportunities.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry, making strategic adjustments as needed.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotions, ensuring maximum visibility and participation.

- Maintain inventory /8stock levels, coordinate with suppliers,order accurate qty & ensure there is no wastage.

- Implement and uphold health and safety standards within the spa outlet& keep the spa clean at all times.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in spa management with a focus on sales and membership programs.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Working hours :2shift ,morning as well as afternoon shift which ends at 10 pm

- Excellent knowledge of spa services, products, and industry trends.

- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving revenue targets.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented and committed to upholding grooming standards and SOPs.

- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and stay updated on local promotions.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend special events as required.

-Good Computer knowledge & should have experience of Software billing.
