The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service, guest satisfaction, and employee performance. This role includes staff management, budgeting, inventory control, service quality monitoring, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and schedule spa staff including therapists, aestheticians .
Ensure all spa services meet the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Manage appointment bookings, front desk operations, and customer inquiries.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase client engagement and revenue.
Monitor spa inventory and order supplies and products as needed.
Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement service recovery strategies.
Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records including payroll, budgets, sales, and employee performance.
Stay current with industry trends and introduce new treatments and services to stay competitive.
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in spa or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of spa services, wellness treatments, and beauty products.
Proficiency in booking/reservation software and MS Office.
Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Certification in spa or hospitality management is a plus.
