Qualification Required:
- Setting up schedules, lesson plans, and selecting learning material and resources that will help achieve curriculum objectives.
- Preparing lessons as per curriculum requirements.
- Analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them.
- Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners.
- Providing extra support to students that require it, and more challenging tasks to those who are ahead of the class.
- Reporting any progress issues to the head of the department, as well as the parents.
- Be flexible, creative and adept at designing learning within lessons and across lessons that are effective and consistently well-matched to learning objectives and the needs of learners.
