Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Social Media Strategist

to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in content creation, planning, and building effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across all social platforms. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content calendars. Monitor trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities. Drive organic growth through strategic campaigns and community engagement. Collaborate with internal teams (doctors, staff, marketing) for content ideas. Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in social media management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of

organic marketing

and strategy building. Ability to create content ideas and oversee content production. Good communication and planning skills. Experience in the healthcare/hospital industry is a plus.
