About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic

Social Media Influencer & Digital Marketing Associate

with up to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing in reels, creating engaging short-form content, and supporting our digital marketing activities across Meta, Google, and other online platforms.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Influencing

Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos). Appear on camera for reels, product showcases, tutorials, and trend-based content. Brainstorm creative concepts for videos, campaigns, and social storytelling. Assist in developing brand-aligned content calendars.

Digital Marketing

Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

campaigns. Support SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content suggestions. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations. Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign assets.

Social Media Management

Manage day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a strong online presence. Identify trends, hashtags, and opportunities for increased visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media/content creation. Basic to intermediate knowledge of

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

. Understanding of

SEO basics

and keyword research. Experience in creating reels and short video content. Comfortable being on camera and presenting in videos.

Strong video editing skills

(CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar tools). Creative mindset with strong communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop). Understanding of influencer trends and social analytics.

Personality Traits

Creative thinker with a trend-focused mindset. Confident, energetic, and camera-friendly. Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced digital environment.
