Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Female Slimming Therapist to join our wellness and slimming center. The ideal candidate will perform slimming treatments, support clients in their inch-loss/weight-loss journey, and ensure a safe, comfortable, and result-oriented experience
Key Responsibilities
Conduct body assessments, understand client goals, and suggest suitable slimming/therapy programs.
Perform slimming treatments such as body contouring, RF, ultrasound cavitation, vacuum therapy, EMS, sauna, wraps, and other non-invasive procedures (as per center services).
Guide clients on diet routines, basic lifestyle changes, and maintenance tips.
Track client progress, maintain records, and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Operate machines and equipment safely and hygienically as per training guidelines.
Explain treatment benefits, precautions, and pre-/post-care instructions clearly.
Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper maintenance of therapy rooms and devices.
Provide excellent customer service and help improve client satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with nutritionists, doctors, and other team members when needed.
Support the front-desk team in booking appointments and managing client flow if required.
Qualifications
Diploma/certification in beauty, wellness, cosmetology, physiotherapy, or slimming therapy (preferred).
Experience in slimming clinics, beauty centers, wellness spas, or fitness centers is an added advantage.
Training in body therapy or machine handling will be preferred (center can provide training if needed).
Skills Required
Good knowledge of slimming, body contouring, or wellness therapies
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Professional grooming and hygiene standards
Ability to work with machines confidently (training will be given)
Empathy and motivation skills to support clients in their fitness journey
Basic understanding of diet, wellness, and body anatomy (preferred)
