We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Showroom Sales Executive
to manage walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and drive sales through effective product demonstrations and relationship building. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong ownership of showroom sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and understand their needs in detail
Explain products, features, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently
Demonstrate products and guide customers through the buying process
Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly showroom targets
Maintain proper follow-ups with interested customers
Handle billing coordination and ensure smooth order closure
Maintain cleanliness, display, and overall presentation of the showroom
Keep records of daily walk-ins, inquiries, and sales
Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and deliveries
Address basic customer queries and ensure a positive showroom experience
Required Skills & Competencies
Good verbal communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
Customer handling and convincing ability
Sales-oriented mindset with target focus
Basic computer knowledge (billing software / Excel preferred)
Polite, presentable, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
1-3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (freshers with strong communication can apply)
Experience in healthcare equipment / furniture / retail sales is an advantage
Local Jaipur candidates preferred
Working Days & Timings
6 days working
Weekly off as per showroom policy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
