Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Vendor Coordination, and Facility Management Services
. The role demands a dynamic professional capable of managing both HR operations and administrative functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Payroll & Compliance:
Manage
end-to-end payroll processing
including salary calculation, pay sheet preparation, and verification.
Handle
ESI, PF, PT, and GST
challans, audits, and statutory returns.
Maintain compliance reports and ensure timely filing of returns.
Support in
statutory and internal audits
related to HR and payroll.
Vendor & Facility Management:
Coordinate with
vendors and service providers
for facility management, housekeeping, and office maintenance.
Negotiate and manage
vendor contracts, renewals, and service quality
.
Ensure
timely payments
and maintain vendor documentation and records.
Oversee
office administration
, asset tracking, and general facility upkeep.
Recruitment & HR Operations:
Support
hiring activities
for junior to mid-level positions.
Maintain employee data, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate with management on policy implementation and HR initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
Payroll, ESI, PF, PT, and GST compliance
.
Experience in
vendor management and facility operations
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel and HRMS software
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
