Roles & Responsibilities

Female Senior Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Understanding company's business revenue module.

? Maintaining records of company revenue & Expenditures.

? Company budget planning based on cash inflow.

? Expenditure planning based on cash on inflow.

? Statutory maintenance & filing (GST,TDS,BRS,PT,PF & ESI), etc on time.

? Regular monetarization of office loan payments card payments, etc.

? Maintenance of company current a/c's & OD a/c's.

? Credit control.

? Zoho books maintenance & features exploring on timely basis.

? New learning in accounting process & tools periodically.

? Regular maintenance of BRS, ledger's of customer's vendors, P&L Journal, pettycash, expenses accounting in zoho books.

? ITR filing on time.

? Regular co-ordination with Auditor team with respect to TDS,GST,ITR & other statutory and accounting related alternatives.

? Maintaining their daily work task and update in zoho projects.

? Ensuring the automation process is zoho books like outstanding email notifications reminders, payments,etc.

Followup and collection process of payment and outstanding via email.
