Job Title: Female School Student Counsellor

Location:

Birla Open Minds International School, Bandlaguda Jagir, Hyderabad

We are looking for a dedicated Female School Student Counsellor to support our students' well-being, growth, and success.

Candidates must have at least

1 year of experience in counselling or psychology

and should

live in or near Bandlaguda Jagir.

Responsibilities:

Listen to students' academic, emotional, and personal concerns in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Offer guidance to help students cope with stress, challenges, and school life. Support students' mental health and personal development through group sessions and one-on-one counselling. Work with teachers and parents to help every child flourish. Maintain proper records and follow school policies.
Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a school counsellor or in a psychology-related role.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Counselling, or related field.

Excellent communication and listening skills. Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
