Role Overview:

We are looking for a

highly professional Female Salon Operations Manager

to oversee daily salon operations, elevate client experiences, and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. This role requires

leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for luxury service excellence

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

daily salon operations

ensuring efficiency and high service standards. Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain a

professional, luxury client experience

. Oversee

inventory, supplies, and equipment

, ensuring optimal performance. Implement

operational policies, SOPs, and quality control

measures. Track

performance metrics, revenue targets, and client satisfaction

. Coordinate with management on

business strategies, promotions, and client engagement

. Ensure compliance with

health, safety, and hygiene standards

. Resolve client feedback professionally, maintaining

premium service reputation

Requirements:

Female candidates only

1-3 years of experience

in luxury salon operations or high-end hospitality. Minimum

height 5'7"

. Strong

leadership, communication, and organizational skills

. Knowledge of

salon services and client management

. Proven experience in

staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

. Ability to maintain

luxury service standards under pressure
