We are looking for an

experienced and well-organized Female Salon Manager

to oversee daily salon operations and ensure exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong

team management, sales, and client handling skills

, along with a deep understanding of salon services and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

day-to-day salon operations

smoothly Supervise and motivate

stylists, therapists, nail technicians, and support staff

Ensure high standards of

customer service and client satisfaction

Handle

walk-ins, bookings, billing, and follow-ups

Achieve monthly

sales and revenue targets

Manage staff rosters, attendance, and performance Maintain salon

hygiene, SOPs, and service quality

Handle customer complaints and service recovery professionally Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and offers Maintain daily reports for

sales, inventory, and staff performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

5 years experience

as a Salon Manager or Assistant Manager Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of

salon services, pricing, and packages

Proficiency in

billing software, CRM, and MS Excel

Sales-driven mindset with operational discipline Willingness to work weekends and peak salon hours
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
