Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and fashion-forward
female sales representative
to join our brand's retail Store. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a central role in delivering excellent customer service, boosting sales, and enhancing the in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers warmly.
Help customers select garments that suit their size.
Offer styling suggestions and upsell matching accessories or items.
Stay informed about current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and promotions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
Handle sales transactions and operate the POS (point-of-sale) system efficiently.
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product tagging.
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits through excellent service.
Follow company policies and uphold the brand's image and values.

Experience:
2 to 5 years in retail or fashion sales preferred.
Education:
Any Bachelor Degree.
Skills:

Ability to stand for long hours and move around the store efficiently.
