Job Summary

Swiz Elevator is looking for a dynamic and motivated

Female Field Sales Representative

to promote and sell elevator and lift solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients on-site, presenting our products, and closing lift sales. This role offers an attractive

per-lift sales incentive

in addition to a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities

Visit prospective clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and property owners Promote Swiz Elevator products and services in the assigned area Generate new leads through field visits, references, and follow-ups Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable lift solutions Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for proposals Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business Keep records of client interactions, site visits, and sales progress Coordinate with installation and service teams after sales closure

Fixed Monthly Salary

(paid on every confirmed lift sale) Additional performance-based bonuses (as applicable)
Requirements & Qualifications

Female candidates only Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales (elevator, real estate, construction, or related industry preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Willingness to travel locally for field visits Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel and WhatsApp/email communication Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
