Telemarketing
to lead our inside sales and telemarketing efforts for
industrial water treatment products and services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer interactions, and closing B2B sales deals over phone, email, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:sales/marketing & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to industrial clients to promote water treatment products/services.
Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads via referrals, cold calls, internet, and networking.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and previous contacts to nurture leads.
Sales Management
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
Coordinate with technical and field sales teams for site visits, trials, or presentations.
Convert leads into orders and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM.
Generate daily/weekly reports on calls, prospects, and sales performance.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Build strong long-term relationships with customers by providing accurate information and timely responses.
Manage client accounts post-sales for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
Provide market feedback on client needs, competition, and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE - 0 TO 5 YEARS
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales in industrial sectors, preferably water treatment or environmental solutions.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and local language(s).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B industrial sales.
Understanding of water treatment technologies (RO, ETP, STP, chemicals, etc.).
Familiarity with tendering processes and industrial procurement systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
