Role Objective:
To drive outreach, lead generation, school tie-ups, seminar execution, and conversion for educational workshops (Classes 8-12, JEE/NEET/Mind Power). The ideal candidate must be confident in field sales, client relationship management, and school coordination, with the ability to independently organize events and achieve monthly/weekly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
School & Institutional Sales
Fix appointments with school principals and coordinators for workshop tie-ups.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in schools.
Take timely approval and confirmations for seminar scheduling.
Seminar & Event Execution
Organize, anchor, and manage fixed seminars and mind power workshops.
Supervise logistics: coupon distribution, form filling, banners, attendance, and feedback collection.
Handle post-event follow-ups and maintain data for conversions.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate prospective leads via school visits, phone calls, WhatsApp & email campaigns.
Counsel students and parents post-seminar and convert leads into admissions.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through effective follow-up and pitching.
Marketing Activities (ATL/BTL)
Execute ATL & BTL activities like school flyers, local campaigns, scholarship test promotions.
Coordinate with creative/design teams for banners, digital creatives, and brochures.
Travel & Field Work
Willingness to travel within Delhi-NCR (especially West Delhi region).
Preferred experience in field marketing, hotel stays for school tours/seminars, or similar education/EdTech setups.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with operations team, trainers, and tele-calling executives.
Manage and guide field marketing assistants when needed.

Experience
: 2-5 years in school sales, EdTech, seminars, or institutional marketing
