Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, visits, online platforms, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to clients.
Meet sales targets and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
Assist in developing marketing materials like brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
Maintain and update customer database.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales preferred.
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing; freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Good spoken and written communication in [mention language(s) as required].
Presentable and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel locally/regionally as needed.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
