Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in clients and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain relationships with property dealers.
Conduct marketing activities such as canopies and site promotions.
Follow up on leads via calls and meetings.
Guide and support junior team members.
Requirements
Graduate (BBA / MBA preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate preferred, but other customer-facing industries also considered).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work from the site office near sector 28, Panchkula.
