Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Handling
Greet and attend walk-in customers professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable detailing packages
Explain services such as PPF, ceramic coating, and sunfilms clearly
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Lead Management
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
Follow up on leads generated from Google Ads and social media
Maintain lead tracking and conversion records
Showroom Management
Ensure showroom is clean, presentable, and customer-ready
Coordinate with detailing technicians and supervisors
Schedule vehicle appointments and delivery timelines
Relationship & After-Sales
Build long-term customer relationships
Handle customer queries and service feedback
Coordinate warranty documentation and handovers
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidate preferred
Excellent communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Customer-centric attitude
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel)
Interest in automobiles
Experience
1-2 years of experience in sales/showroom/front-office roles
Experience in the automotive, luxury retail, or service industry is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience)
