We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Female Sales Head with a strong background in the EdTech industry to lead and grow our sales operations across multiple regions. This role is ideal for a result-oriented leader who can build high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, and consistently achieve ambitious targets. Experience in education, consultancy, or service-driven industries is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and counseling teams to consistently achieve monthly and annual targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive student enrollments and revenue growth Monitor and improve lead conversion ratios, productivity, and overall sales performance Collaborate closely with marketing teams to enhance lead quality and optimize campaigns Train, mentor, and evaluate counselors and sales executives to build a high-performing team Ensure high standards of customer experience and maintain ethical, transparent sales practices Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and dashboards to management Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value or complex case

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience Preferring female candidates Bachelor's degree /Masters Proven ability in team management, negotiation, and deal closures Strong target-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Language proficiency: English & Malayalam (Required), Hindi and Tamil (Preferred) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
